ABOUT US

Josh Klein

Josh has 10 years of commercial real estate underwriting and advising experience. Prior to starting Aqueduct Capital, he was an underwriter for two large regional, New Jersey-based banks, advising on over 1000 transactions with an average deal size of $10,000,000.

His experience ranges from small, $100,000 fix and flip investment analysis, to complex note-on-note, A/B structured $100,000,000 commercial real estate investment products.
